Welcome to the overview of our terms and conditions. For your convenience, we have made a summary of the most important terms. For the specifics, you can visit the full version of our terms and conditions. These terms apply to everything we offer to our clients and all agreements we make.
How can you reach us?

Regarding our stock and the products we sell, the following rule applies: all our products are provided with a complete description and truthful pictures, so that the right choice can be made. If an offer is only available for a limited amount of time, this will be emphasized in the offer description.
When you order our products, you will always receive an order confirmation. Als long as you haven't received this confirmation, you have the right to undo the agreement. Next to this we are responsible for making sure our website is secure, so that you can pay online without worries. With every order you make, you will receive the terms of your right of withdrawal and information about warranty. You can always contact us for questions and/or complaints.
During the first 14 days after delivery you have the right to return your products without explanation. If there is anything we could improve, we would of course like to know what the reason is for returning. However, you are not obligated to give a reason. This right of withdrawal has a few conditions:
- This right applies as long as you treat the products and packaging with care during the reflection period. As long as the products have been unpacked and used in the extent that is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and use of the product, nothing can go wrong.
- If you have chosen a shipping method that is more expensive than our standard delivery, we are not obligated to refund the additional costs.
- If you decide to return a product within the 14 days of reflection time, this is arranged through our returns form. This form is to be filled in, and sent to us by email. Next, you return the product, for which the postage costs are at your expense. As soon as we have received the product, your payment will be refunded.
When it comes to delivery, we are responsible for the following: we will take the utmost care in receiving and sending products. We are liable for damaged and/or missing products up until the moment of delivery. The place of delivery is the address that the customer has made known to us.
When you have ordered a product to be paid by invoice, you are to make sure the amount due is payed within the reflection time of 14 days. If this is not done within this 14 day period, you will owe us the statutory interests, and we are entitled to pass on the collection costs. If you have made a mistake in providing your payment details, it is important that you inform us as soon as possible.
If you have any feedback or complaints regarding our products, website or service, please let us know! The sooner you share your complaint with us, the better, given that the order process and circumstances will be easier to recollect. As soon as you have shared your complaint, we will respond within 14 days, after which we have a maximum of four weeks to find an appropriate solution.
