The linen is undyed, making it off-white with a light glimmer. The fabric’s suppleness makes it possible to drape the shroud in lively folds. Undraped, the Linen shroud has a serene look.

Shroud folding instructions
Yes, it is possible to use a shroud for a cremation, as long as it is combined with a carrier. Some crematoriums require a carrier to have a flat bottom plate and an upright edge. In such cases, a cremation input board must be used. Always discuss the situation with the crematorium to prevent misunderstandings.

With the use of one of our shroud straps, the body and shroud can be tied to the carrier. It is also possible to use it to make sure the shroud is firmly shut around the body.
