For more specific information, please refer to the full version of our General Terms and Conditions . These conditions apply to everything we offer to our customers and all agreements we make.

Offer
Regarding our stock and the products we sell, the following applies: all our products are provided with a full description and truthful images, so that you can make the right choice. If an offer is only valid temporarily, we will explicitly state this in the offer.
The order
When you order something from us, you will always receive a confirmation from us. As long as we have not confirmed your request, you have the right to cancel the agreement. In addition, we are responsible for providing a well-secured web environment, so that you can pay online without worries. With every order you place, you will receive the conditions of your right of withdrawal and information about guarantees from us, at the latest at the time of delivery. You can also always contact us for questions and/or complaints.
Privacy
We find privacy very important, and therefore have a strict privacy policy that sets out how we handle your data. For a comprehensive overview of our regulations regarding the distribution and storage of data, communication and cookies, please refer to our Privacy Policy .
Returns
You may cancel your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after the day of receipt. We will of course be interested in the reason, and would like to hear from you if we can improve something. However, you are not obliged to give a reason. This right of withdrawal is subject to a number of conditions:
- The right applies as long as you handle the product and packaging with care during the cooling-off period. As long as you unpack and use the product to the extent necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, nothing can go wrong.
- If you have chosen a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery, we do not have to refund the additional costs.
- If you decide to return the product during the cooling-off period, you can report this via our Withdrawal Form . You then return the product, the shipping costs of which are at your expense. As soon as we have received the product, you will receive your payment back.
Delivery
Regarding delivery, we are responsible for the following: we take the greatest possible care in receiving and sending products. We are liable for damage and/or loss of products until the moment of delivery to the consumer. The place of delivery is the address that the consumer has made known to us.
Payment
If you have ordered a product on invoice, you must pay the amount due within 14 days after the start of the cooling-off period. If this does not happen within this 14-day period, you will owe the statutory interest, and we are entitled to charge you for the collection costs we have incurred. If you have made a mistake in stating your payment details, it is important that you report this as soon as possible.
Complaints procedure
If you have any comments or remarks about our products, our website or our service, we would like to hear from you! The sooner you share your complaint/tip with us, the better, as the progress of the order and the circumstances are still clear to us. As soon as you inform us of your complaint, we will respond within a period of 14 days, after which we have a maximum of four weeks for internal consultation for a solution.
