Return Policy

Do you want to return something to us? Because you are not satisfied with the product or for another reason? Whatever the reason, you can simply return it. We find it important that you are satisfied with your order.

Please read below which conditions apply to a return.

Returns conditions

You may cancel your purchase within 14 days after the day of receipt, without giving any reason. We will of course be interested in the reason, and would like to hear from you if we can improve something. However, you are not obliged to give a reason. This right of withdrawal is subject to a number of conditions:

• The right applies as long as you handle the product and packaging with care during the cooling-off period. As long as you unpack and use the product to the extent necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, nothing can go wrong.
• If you have chosen a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery, we do not have to refund the additional costs.
• If you decide to return the product during the cooling-off period, you can report this via our Withdrawal Form . You then return the product, the shipping costs of which are at your expense. As soon as we have received the product, you will receive your payment back.
