Quality & size

The carrier is made of Dutch willow twigs. Length 210cm, width 65cm (at the widest point). The mattress inside is made of lightly felted sheep's wool from the Drents Heideschaap.

Comfort carrier

The Comfort carrier is woven from willow branches, all of which are pruning wood from Drenthe. The color difference is natural: the white braches have been peeled and the dark branches are unpeeled. The base plate is made of domestic Douglas fir, supplied by Staatsbosbeheer. The mattress inside the carrier is made of lightly felted sheep's wool from the Drents Heideschaap. These sheep are used for nature conservation. All in all, this bier is an environmentally conscious choice.

Usage

The Comfort carrier can be carried by six people, using the handles on the side. The Comfort carrier feels solid and has a smooth bottom due to the wooden base plate. If necessary, a shroud can be attached to the carrier with one of our closures.

Cremation input board

Most crematoria require a cremation input board under the carrier. This is because the requirement for a smooth base plate with a raised edge must be met. Always contact the crematorium or funeral director to find out what the requirements are.
