A final wish: respect for nature

Funeral director Koop Geersing wrote an article about Wikkelgoed in the regional newspaper De Vierklank (May 23, 2014).
"A deeply cherished wish to spare and respect nature was answered by a simple stretcher made of willow branches and a shroud. Here is the story of a funeral director who can fulfil the wishes of a dying person and help to organize the farewell ceremony in a good way."
Wikkelgoed makes and supplies products that offer the opportunity to treat nature respectfully, even after death. The Willow carrier, made entirely of willow prunings, is a good example of this. Most of our shrouds are organic or sustainably made.
