Delivery and pricing

We are happy to tell you about our pricing and guarantees regarding our shipping options.

We guarantee that your product will be delivered on time, according to the agreements. We find this important because you should be able to count on us, especially in a period of grief. We also want to be able to deliver products on any day of the week. That is why we work with a regular courier who is always ready for us.

Next business day delivery (regular)

There are different types of delivery. The regular shipping option is 'Next day delivery'. When you order something before 5:00 PM, it will be delivered the next working day between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Fixed costs apply for this shipping option, for a carrier or a set we charge €81,- and for smaller products, such as a shroud or accessories, €24,-. For deliveries on Sundays and public holidays, the rate of 'urgent delivery outside office hours' applies.

Same day delivery

Another shipping option is 'Same day delivery'. Everything ordered before 12:00 on workdays will be delivered before 18:00 on the same workday. This option has a price per kilometer, calculated from our courier in Amersfoort to the delivery address. For 'Same day delivery' this is €1.52 per kilometer, with a minimum price of €90. For deliveries on Sundays and public holidays, the rate of 'urgent delivery outside office hours' applies.

Urgent delivery

For urgent orders we have two different urgent deliveries:  'urgent within office hours' and 'urgent outside office hours'. With both shipping options the courier will start driving immediately, which means that a product can be delivered within 2-3 hours in almost all of the Netherlands. A kilometer price is also charged for this.

Emergency during office hours
This applies on working days during office hours. A kilometer price of €2.06 per kilometer is charged from Amersfoort, with a minimum price of €90.

Emergency outside office hours
This option applies outside office hours and on Sundays and public holidays. A kilometer price of €3.60 per kilometer is charged from Amersfoort, with a minimum price of €120. For urgent orders outside office hours, please call the courier immediately to confirm delivery.

Pickup 

Orders can also be picked up from our courier in Amersfoort. The courier must be notified in advance so that they can take the products from the warehouse. We charge a fee of €11 for collection. The details of the courier are:
