This soft mattress is made of 100% Dutch wool. The wool comes from flocks of sheep that are used for nature conservation, and the fabric is locally produced. This is special because wool weaving mills have slowly disappeared from the Netherlands in recent years. Almost all local wool has since been exported to Chinese weaving mills as a residual product, which means that wool often has a major environmental impact.
The mattress is easy to shape, making it fit all our carriers. Since it is fully biodegradable, it can be buried without any worries.
