GreenLeave The Makers

Stichting GreenLeave is an association of funeral directors who are committed to sustainability. The affiliated entrepreneurs focus on five principles in their business operations: good employment, sustainable business operations, sustainable purchasing, fair business and social involvement. These companies also offer a sustainable alternative for each of the 10 funeral components . These sustainable alternatives meet the sustainability criteria of GreenLeave. In order to spread their vision, they share the stories of the makers of these products. They do this in De Makers , an informative video series.

Episode about Wrapping goods

As part of GreenLeave, Wikkelgoed will also be shown in De Makers. On November 7, the episode about us and our products will be online. We are proud that our story is shared via this beautiful initiative. We would like to see the whole of the Netherlands become aware of the sustainable products that can be used when organizing a funeral.

When working towards a final farewell, we find it very important to treat the earth and the people who live on it well. Among other things, our Thick woolen wade , Hemp wade , Closures , Scale of willow branches and the Branch bar meet the strict sustainability requirements set by the GreenLeave foundation. These products may therefore be offered by all affiliated funeral directors as a sustainable alternative.
